Inside the historic 1888 Santa Fe Railroad Station, Pannikin Coffee & Tea is a local favorite for freshly roasted single-origin coffees and global blends. Pannikin’s tea selection is also impressive, along with delicious baked treats, breakfast and lunch. Fish 101 is a popular casual Californian-style seafood spot run by a husband and wife. Everything on the menu at Fish 101 has been caught locally and sustainably. Things to Do in Leucadia
Along the oceanfront, Leucadia State Beach is subdivided into the distinct beaches of Beacon’s Beach to the south and Grandview Beach to the north. Tucked beneath high bluffs, both beaches are popular sandy spots for surfing, sunbathing, walking and enjoying magnificent sunsets. Every Sunday between 10 am and 2 pm, Leucadia Farmers Market brings more than 75 vendors to the grounds of Paul
Ecke Elementary School, including fresh produce, plants, beef, seafood, baked goods, and many kinds of specialty foodstuffs. The Annual LeucadiART Walk in late August centers on a juried art exhibition with artists displaying their entries at various points along Coast Highway 101. The festivities also include free trolley rides, a children’s art pavilion, art and dance demonstrations, and live music at nine venues around Leucadia.
