Staging

Why Stage Your Home?

Professional staging can increase your home's sales price and decrease its time on the market.

What is Home Staging?

Staging is not decorating. As a Realtor® and Staging Professional, I have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and understand exactly how to present your property in its best light to attract your ideal buyers and keep your home top-of-mind. It is extremely important in this competitive market.

I include staging in my services because, as your real estate agent, it is my job to get you top dollar for your property in the shortest amount of time. Staging is proven to help do just that.

What happens during staging?

If your home is vacant, I will provide all the furniture and accessories to stage your home from my extensive inventory.

If your home is partially or fully furnished and occupied, I will work with your existing furnishings and provide any appropriate additions to craft the ideal look and feel for prospective buyers. Together, we will create a beautifully staged home that is both appealing to buyers and livable for you.
